STEP 1 - Ordering

Choose the Plans option and decide if you want to purchase the standard hardware from OSR of another aluminum supplier. 

OSR will send you the digital version of the plans via a google drive. The plans include a shopping list items include:

• Aluminum Extrusion 
• Bolts, Nuts, T-Nuts
• Inside Corner Brackets
• If you would like the custom wheel base & mounting plates that secure the rig to the office chair post send us a message and the diameter of your tube and we can make a custom mount.

8020.net is the most common supplier for US customers but any aluminum extrusion supplier that supports the chosen aluminum extrusion size. OSR can order all the parts and have them delivered...

STEP 2 - Assembling

Once all the OSR Plans, Custom Hardware and Shopping List parts have arrived you are ready for assembly. Follow the OSR Plans. 

Depending on how you ordered the Aluminum Extrusion there might be some additional cutting to do if you ordered full lengths. 

The rest of the assembly process is very straight forward, just follow the plans!
